When you place an order
- Name, email address, and phone number — used to confirm your order, notify you when it is ready, and contact you if we have questions about your order.
- Delivery address — collected only if you choose delivery; used to fulfill your delivery.
- Order details and notes — the items you ordered, quantities, and any special instructions you provide.
When you sign in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We use this information to pre-fill your order form and remember your contact details for future orders. We do not receive your Google password or payment information.
You may revoke Cabin & Crumb’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

- To prepare and fulfill your order
- To send you an order confirmation email
- To notify you when your order is ready for pickup or delivery
- To contact you if there is a problem with your order
- To send you SMS order notifications if you provide a phone number and consent to receive text messages

SMS Notifications
If you provide your phone number at checkout and consent to receive SMS messages, we will send you order confirmation and order-ready notifications via text message. Message and data rates may apply. Data Retention
Order records are retained for tax and accounting purposes. If you created an account by signing in with Google, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us (see below). Order history tied to your account will be anonymized upon deletion.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to maintain your login state and order session. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete your account and personal data. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
