By placing an order through Cabin & Crumb at cabinandcrumb.com, you agree to the following terms.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment is collected at checkout via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the amount shown at the time of order.
Pickup and Delivery
Orders must be placed before the daily 10:00 AM Alaska Time cutoff for same-day fulfillment. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available day. Delivery is available within designated zones; pickup is available at our Soldotna location. We will notify you by email and/or text when your order is ready.
Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled without charge before we begin preparation. Once preparation has started we cannot guarantee a refund. If you have a problem with your order, contact us at orders@cabinandcrumb.com and we will make it right.
SMS Notifications
If you provide a phone number and opt in to text notifications, we will send you order status updates (e.g., order confirmed, order ready). Message frequency depends on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. For more information see our Privacy Policy.
Accounts
You may place orders as a guest or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Cabin & Crumb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
